Quiet hotel, fairly clean, polite staff and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Panoramic unit. Great area, very central location next to shops, train, convention centre, restaurants and Right near prudential plaza.

Internet was terrible.

We loved hotel's staff and rooms. The rooms with panoramic view, a roll away bed, for example. It was warm as advertised!

The room is air conditioned and the staff are useful. Good customer service provided too. An easy walk to the stunning beach. There is a variety of restaurants to eat, like Pho Basil that is only 5 minutes' walk away, we loved its location.

it was a truly memorable experience overall. fairly clean hotel, respectful staff, perfectly comfortable location. bed was cozy, i enjoyed it. convenient access to the nice beach located near the venue. the main bar was good and the drinks were branded.

Everything was great! Overall clean and well-maintained accom with ideal location close to green line and a T station and the Prudential Center. Accommodating, attentive staff towards all guests. Our room with a view was warm.

The food was outstanding and the staff was brilliant.

I liked the lobby, it was beautiful. The staff was welcoming, I had a fun stay. Luxurious room, it had comfy bed. Efficient customer care too.

Amazingly efficient staff and an astonishing breakfast including lots of eggs, fresh fruit, omelette and cheese. Bright and generally comfortable room with a small balcony. The beach near the hotel was beautiful: )

comfortable stay in the peaceful area. the staff was apologetic, they showed us what courteous service is supposed to be like. our king room was nice styled, had unforgettable view of cathedral. the breakfast was quick, we loved its variety.

Facilities were basic, but wi-fi was quite slow.

If we return to Boston we would happily return. Superior and very clean place. This hotel charges 21 USD per person per day for breakfast. The view from our superior double room was great...

We appreciated our stay. All in all, it was easy base for traveling to Boston
